Hey, you've got letter-formatted downloads, but portrait-formatted preview images. Do you have an .indd for the portrait version, too? If not, no worries!

Hi, I might be misunderstanding what you mean by "letter-formatted" downloads. The downloads should be portrait (taller than wider) and letter (8.5 x 11 in.) That should match what you see in the preview images, but maybe I'm saving the .indd file with the wrong settings. Could you explain a bit more about what you're seeing so I can help you figure it out? Thanks! :)

Not sure what happened on my end, but I had the wrong file open, and there's nothing wrong with these downloads. Sorry for the mistake / to bother you!

No problem, glad it worked itself out!

Hi,

Can you export your template in .idml or save as ID previous versions (CS4 or later)? That way it could be used by more people. Thanks! :)

Sure, uploading the IDML now!

You're the best! :)
